Recall, the ex-director of construction LLC NGO Mostovik, which was involved in large contracts, was declared bankrupt about six months ago in November 2019. The list of creditors of the ex-director is still being supplemented. Before that, it noted Sberbank, as well as Rosbank, which declared claims for 2.033 billion rubles. The latter amount includes not only debt under guarantee agreements, but also penalties. At the beginning of March 2020, the court also included in the register the demand of Alfa-bank for the amount of more than 1.64 million rubles. This is a debt on joint liability under the bank guarantee issued in 2012 in favor of the Regional Department of the Customer of Capital Construction of the Kaliningrad Region. Over the years Oleg Shishov also managed to become a subject of criminal case. In December 2019, a tax article was added to it, due to the violation of which the damage to the state by 0.4 billion rubles was counted. Before that Shishov was convicted under another economic article and released ahead of schedule.
