The International Investigation Group on MH17 was headed by the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine

The International Investigation Team for the Investigation of the MH17 Crash in the Khabarovsk was headed by Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Gunduz Mamedov. This was reported on March 8 in the press service of the office of the head of the Ukrainian supervisory department. It is noted that Mamedov at the central level coordinates the investigation of international crimes. Such a high level in the Ukrainian group was provided for the first time, the press service reported. According to the news agency, earlier members of the International Investigation Team, which is engaged in criminal investigation of the crash of Boeing 777 in the Khabarovsk, extended the agreement on cooperation. Recall, Boeing 777 of Malaysia Airlines, flying Amsterdam Kuala Lumpur, crashed on July 17, 2014 in Donetsk region of Ukraine. 298 people were on board the aircraft. All of them died.
