US intends to transfer fighters from Germany to Poland F-16 - media
The United States plans to transfer about 30 F-16 fighters from Germany to Poland, as well as the command of the fifth US Corps from Kentucky, writes the Polish newspaper Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. The publication notes that this issue is planned to be discussed on June 24 at a meeting of Polish President Andrzej Duda with White House head Donald Trump. It is planned that about 2 thousand US troops will arrive in Poland. The publication notes that the parties also intend to sign an agreement on cooperation in the field of defense. In addition, the United States plans to transfer five transport aircraft to S-130 Hercules. Note that today in Poland there are about 5 thousand US troops.
