Dodon said that in the parliament of Moldova again there is a ruling coalition

In the Moldovan parliament again appeared the ruling coalition of deputies of socialists and democrats with another independent people's representative. This was announced on July 10 by Moldovan President Igor Dodon in a video message that was broadcast on his Facebook page. We now have a parliamentary majority of 50 plus one, that is, a party (socialists and democrats) and an independent deputy, the Moldovan leader said. He also noted that the opposition parties present in parliament are also trying to create a coalition and indicated that the dialogue of the ruling coalition with the opposition is possible, except for the Shore party and the Pro Moldova group. At the same time, Dodon noted that a reshuffle in the Moldovan government is possible only if the opposition has enough votes to resign the current cabinet. If this does not happen, the government of Ion Kiku will work until early elections to the parliament of the republic, which may be held in the spring of 2021. Note, as reported by the news agency, on July 9, Moldovan MP Stefan Gatskan said that he had decided to temporarily refuse to leave parliament and remain in the Socialist Party, although he had previously intended to join the opposition.
