The European Union has approved sanctions against Russia and China over cyber attacks

Ambassadors of 27 countries of the European Union agreed on sanctions against Russia, China and North Korea for allegedly conducted a cyber attack WannaCry, NotPetya and Cloud Hopper. Under the restrictive measures will fall within the intelligence services of three countries, as well as citizens of Russia and China. The sanctions will enter into force after approval by the EU Council and publication in the Official journal of the EU.
