Former head of the National Security and Defense Council accused the leadership of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG of treason

The former head of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine, Alexander Turchinov, called for the exclusion of its head, ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk and his deputy former Prime Minister of Ukraine Vitold Fokin. Turchinov wrote about this on August 30 on the social network Facebook. The ex-official was outraged by Fokin's claim that both sides of the civil war in the Donbass committed crimes during the conflict, as well as his desire to grant Donbass a special status. This is not just a manifestation of senile insanity. This is a demonstrative transition of Zelensky's proxy (Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky) to the side of the aggressor country and the extension of an anti-state position, Turchinov said. He added that if Kravchuk and Fokin are not recalled from the TCG, it will mean that the authorities support their words. In this case, this will require an adequate reaction to these events by millions of Ukrainians who are ready to defend their country, Turchinov added. Recall that the law on the special status of Donbass was adopted in September 2014 by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, whose chairman at that time was Turchinov himself. The obligation of Ukraine to grant Donbass a special status is spelled out in the Minsk agreements, which were signed by like-minded Turchinov ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. According to the news agency, earlier Vitold Fokin admitted that on behalf of the Verkhovna Rada or the President of Ukraine, he could go to the DPR and LPR to negotiate with local authorities.
