She refused to pay: how the district police officer strangled a pensioner

According to the UK, the man quarreled with a local entrepreneur, after which he strangled her right at the entrance of an apartment building. Then he called his colleagues -- they took the corpse out of town and hid it in a concrete pipe. The media claimed that the woman refused to pay law enforcement officers money to patronize her business.
