The aim of this relaxation is to restore the work of industrial enterprises as soon as possible against the background that Shanghai has strengthened measures to prevent the new coronavirus COVID-19. In particular, it has previously been reported that vehicles from those areas of China most affected by the epidemic have been banned from entering. As of February 17, 332 confirmed cases of the disease were identified in Shanghai.
